Opt-In Agreement

Vita Infusion & Wellness, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and keeping you informed. By opting in to receive communications from us via email, text, or phone calls, you agree to the following terms:

By opting in, you affirm that:

7. Limitation of Liability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this Opt-In Agreement at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued opt‐in after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vita Infusion & Wellness is not liable for any loss or damage arising from our communications under this opt-in agreement beyond what is required by law.
